Job summary

Southland Industries is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial HVAC and mechanical construction projects in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate multiple projects, guide project engineers, and partner with field staff to ensure flawless delivery.

You will manage milestones, resources, and finances while mentoring junior staff and driving Lean construction practices to meet owner expectations and foster long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
• 7–10+ years experience in related field.
• Experience managing multiple MEP projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to single large project or multiple projects under Seniors and Project Engineers.
• Plan mechanical projects from start to finish with understanding of moving parts and processes.
• Manage project milestones and resource requirements; forecast and control finances.
• Develop customer relationships beyond a single project; foster long-term partnerships.
