Job summary

Qualifications

• This role requires a four-year engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 12 years of experience, including at least 5 years in people management.
• Mastery knowledge of design engineering in HVAC/plumbing and related systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication with all levels of staff, clients and contractors.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to lead large teams; strong public speaking skills.
• Proficiency with CADD, ERP and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide project status updates to client and leadership.
• Maintain client relationships and source revenue opportunities.
• Develop and implement project strategies.
• Manage budget reports, cost/revenue projections, and change orders.
• Participate in project meetings with internal departments.
• Delegate work and mentor project teams; provide coaching and feedback.
