Job summary

Kokosing is seeking a Project Executive to provide senior-level oversight for one or more large-scale construction projects. The PX will lead delivery teams, coordinate with subcontractors and self-perform trades, and ensure safety, schedule, and budget goals are met.

The role emphasizes building client relationships, strategic planning, and mentoring team members. A 10+ year track record in engineering/construction management and a degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• PE and/or DBIA credentialing is not required but a strong plus.
• 10+ years’ experience in construction, contracts, design, finance, and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee delivery of large-scale construction projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and self-perform teams to meet schedule and budget.
• Build and maintain client relationships through effective communication.
• Direct project teams and manage profitability and risk.
• Mentor and develop junior staff and oversee strategic planning.
