Job summary

Kokosing, a leading general contractor, seeks a Project Executive to provide senior leadership and program oversight for large-scale construction projects in manufacturing, heavy industrial, and energy sectors. The PX will guide project delivery, manage the delivery team, and ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

You will build client relationships, coordinate with subcontractors and self-performing trades, mentor staff, and participate in strategic planning to advance market

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• PE and/or DBIA credentialing is not required but is a strong plus.
• 10+ years’ experience/knowledge of construction, contracts, design, finance, and management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain project and company culture through active engagement, open communication, and support for all team members and stakeholders.
• Initiate and maintain liaison with prime client to facilitate project delivery.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within corporate and client policies.
• Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure work progresses on schedule and within budget.
• Monitor/control construction through administrative direction of on-site Superintendent to ensure project is built safely, on schedule and within budget.
• Represent company in owner progress meetings.
