Job summary

Kokosing, Inc. is seeking a Project Executive to lead one or more large-scale construction projects, delivering on time and within budget.

The PX will oversee the project delivery team, manage client relationships, and coordinate subcontractors and self-performed trades across various markets including manufacturing and power installations. The role requires a bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Construction Management and 10+ years of construction experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• PE and/or DBIA credentialing is not required but is a strong plus.
• 10+ years' experience/knowledge of construction, contracts, design, finance, and management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain project and company culture through active engagement and communication.
• Initiate and maintain liaison with prime client to facilitate project delivery.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards.
• Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure work progresses on schedule and within budget.
• Mentor and develop team members; participate in strategic planning and career development.
