Job summary

Kokosing is seeking a Project Executive to lead delivery of large-scale construction projects, with responsibility for safety, schedule, budget, and client relations. The PX oversees the project team, coordinates subcontractors, and ensures performance across markets including manufacturing, heavy industrial, and utilities.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s or higher in Engineering or Construction Management, 10+ years of construction leadership, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• PE and/or DBIA credentialing is not required but is a strong plus.
• 10+ years of experience/knowledge of construction, contracts, design, finance, and management.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
• Oversees project delivery team, direction, coordination and evaluation of in-house staff and key trade partners.
• Directs and coordinates activities to ensure work progresses on schedule and within budget.
• Reviews project proposals and plans for timeframe, funding, procedures, staffing and resources.
• Represents the company in owner progress meetings and manages contracts’ financials.
