Job summary

Kokosing is seeking a Project Executive to provide senior-level management and oversight for one or more large-scale construction projects. You will lead project delivery, coordinate with subs and self-perform trades, maintain client relationships, and ensure safety, schedule and budget targets are met.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of experience in construction, engineering or management, a degree in engineering or construction management, and strong leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10+ years of construction, contracts, design, finance and management experience.
• PE and/or DBIA credentialing is not required but beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Directs delivery of large-scale projects and oversees the project team.
• Builds client relationships and ensures safety, schedule and budget goals.
• Coordinate with subs, self-perform trades and prime client to deliver project.
• Lead project meetings, monitor progress and manage project profitability.
• Mentor junior staff and participate in strategic market planning.
