Job summary

Kokosing is seeking a Project Executive to provide senior leadership and oversight for one or more large-scale construction projects. The role emphasizes client relations, schedule integrity, safety, and financial performance across multiple markets.

The PX will supervise the project delivery team, coordinate with subcontractors and self-perform trades, and report to executive leadership on progress, risks, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• PE and/or DBIA credentialing is not required but is a strong plus.
• 10+ years’ experience/knowledge of construction, contracts, design, finance, and management.

Responsibilities

• Provide program oversight for large-scale construction projects.
• Lead project delivery teams and coordinate with client and subs.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and safety to meet time and funding targets.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and project communications.
• Represent company in owner meetings and strategic planning.
