Job summary

Kokosing is seeking a Project Executive to oversee one or more large-scale construction projects, including mega projects in heavy civil and industrial markets. The PX will lead the delivery team, coordinate subs and self-performing trades, and ensure safety, schedule, and budget goals.

You will build strong client relationships, set objectives, and report to senior management. Candidates should have a Bachelor's or higher in Engineering or Construction Management, 10+ years of experience, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• PE and/or DBIA credentialing is not required but is a strong plus.
• 10+ years’ experience/knowledge of construction, contracts, design, finance, and management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of large-scale projects with senior leadership oversight.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, and budgets to meet schedule.
• Build client relationships and ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Lead project meetings and mentor staff.
