Job summary

Kokosing, Inc. is seeking a Project Executive to provide senior management and program oversight for large-scale construction projects. The role includes leading a project delivery team, coordinating with clients, and ensuring objectives are met safely, on time, and within budget.

The PX will oversee multiple projects or a mega project, managing subcontractors and self-perform crews, with a focus on delivering high-impact heavy civil/industrial construction across various markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• PE and/or DBIA credentialing is a strong plus
• 10+ years' experience/knowledge of construction, contracts, design, finance, and management

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships to ensure project goals are met safely, on time, and within budget.
• Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel; oversee CPM-based schedules.
• Coordinate activities with subcontractors and self-perform trades; manage project team and budget.
• Mentor and develop team members; participate in strategic planning for assigned markets.
