Job summary

Kokosing, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project Executive to oversee one or more large-scale construction projects. The role emphasizes client relationship management, safety, schedule adherence, and budget control across complex delivery methods.

Ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Engineering/Construction Management, 10+ years in construction leadership, and strong communication and leadership skills to mentor teams and guide strategic planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
PE and/or DBIA credentialing is not required but is a strong plus.
10+ years' experience/knowledge of construction, contracts, design, finance, and management required.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain project and company culture through active engagement and open communication.
Initiate and maintain liaison with prime client to facilitate project delivery.
Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards.
Confer with project staff to outline work plans and delegate authority.
Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure progress on schedule and within budget.
Represent company in owner progress meetings and manage financial aspects of contracts.
