Job summary

Kokosing is seeking a Project Executive in the Leesburg, VA area to provide senior management oversight for one or more large-scale construction projects. The role requires strong client relations, strategic planning, and leadership of the delivery team across multiple markets and delivery methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10+ years' experience in construction, contracts, design, finance, and management.
• PE and/or DBIA credentialing is not required but is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery team; oversight of in-house supervision and subcontractors.
• Build and maintain client relationships to facilitate project delivery.
• Establish objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards.
• Coordinate with prime client, subs, and government agencies to ensure progress.
• Monitor schedules, funding, and resources; manage project profit or loss.
• Mentor team members and participate in strategic planning for markets.
