Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. in Greer, SC, seeks a Project Engineering Manager to oversee mid-to-large regional projects, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery.

You will develop budgets, manage suppliers, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive line/process improvements using data-driven methods.

A degree in engineering and 5+ years in manufacturing project management are required; PMP or Lean/Six Sigma are a plus; travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• PMP preferred; Lean or Six Sigma certifications are a plus.
• Advanced proficiency to perform complex assignments and coach others.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Background in Beverage Manufacturing, canned products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies and wear PPE in warehouse/production areas.
• Oversee medium to large scale regional projects including line and process upgrades.
• Develop regional budgets, write projects, manage suppliers and schedules.
• Assist Plant Managers in developing capital budgets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Drive equipment and line performance optimization using data.
• Lead RCFA on downtime events and implement permanent actions.
• Ensure compliance with OHSA and environmental standards.
• Manage contractors, procurement of materials and equipment.
• Maintain engineering documents for all plants.
