Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Project Engineering Manager to lead medium to large scale regional projects across our facilities. You will manage resources, timelines, and budgets while ensuring safety, quality, and environmental standards are upheld.

The role requires strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• PMP certification preferred; Lean/Six Sigma certifications are a plus.
• Advanced ability to guide complex projects and mentor others.
• Experience with capital budgets, procurement, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute medium to large-scale regional projects across Refresco facilities.
• Develop regional budgets, write projects, manage suppliers, and schedule timelines.
• Collaborate with Plant Managers on capital budgets and cross-functional teams.
• Drive equipment performance and process improvements to maximize throughput.
• Lead RCFA on downtime and implement permanent corrective actions across sites.
