Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. seeks a Director of Engineering to lead maintenance and reliability across 5+ facilities in the US and Canada. You will oversee Project Engineering Managers, guide capital initiatives, and advance production technologies while safeguarding safety, quality, and cost objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and 10+ years of manufacturing leadership, with strong TPM/Lean/Six Sigma experience. Travel to sites will be required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering; 10+ years leadership in manufacturing.
Experience leading multi-site teams and large capital projects.
Willingness to travel to facilities across US/Canada.

Responsibilities

Direct regional maintenance operations across 5+ facilities in US/Canada.
Oversee capital projects ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with standards.
Manage budgets and resource allocation for season rebuilds and equipment needs.
Lead SAP Maintenance implementation across the system.
Drive continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
