Job summary

Refresco is seeking a Project Engineering Manager in Joplin, Missouri, responsible for overseeing project planning and execution across its facilities. This role entails managing resources, timelines, and budgets while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, at least 5 years of project management experience in an industrial environment, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• PMP certification preferred; Lean or Six Sigma certifications a plus.
• Background in beverage manufacturing, specifically canned products, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project planning and execution across all Refresco facilities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Drive equipment and line performance optimization.

Strong time-management and multitasking skills

Data-driven root-cause identification

Leadership presence

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills

Education
