Refresco Beverages US Inc. seeks a Director of Engineering to lead maintenance and capital projects across 5+ facilities in the US and Canada, driving reliability, budget adherence, and on-time project delivery to support supply chain expansion.

Require a Bachelor's in Engineering, 10+ years of manufacturing leadership, TPM/Lean, and experience with SAP Maintenance, AutoCAD, MS Project. This role travels as needed and leads a regional engineering staff to elevate performance and safety.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience managing multi-site engineering teams and large-scale capital projects.
• Strong knowledge of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a regional maintenance organization across 5+ facilities in US/Canada.
• Oversee planning, budgeting and execution of capital projects and reliability initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with company standards and strategic goals.
