Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Engineering Manager to lead high-value capital projects from planning through handover. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality, IT, and Engineering to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires an engineering degree and 5+ years in project/plant engineering management, with preference for PMP certification and food processing experience. Travel and site leadership are involved.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree and 5 years of project/plant engineering management experience required.
• Three years of experience in food processing, including thermal processes and sanitation.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage multiple operations projects to improve cost, quality, and service levels.
• Oversee all phases of a project from initiation to closure.
• Lead planning, decision making, and execution of projects with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with Technical Leads across Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality, IT, and Engineering.
• Prepare for project execution and ensure plant alignment with goals and milestones.
• Utilize MS Project and other scheduling tools to track progress and budgets.
• Manage external consultants or vendors and project contracts as needed.
