You will develop budgets, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage suppliers, and optimize line performance while maintaining long-term reliability and regulatory compliance. Travel up to 25% is required; leadership and data-driven problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, business management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• PMP certification preferred; Lean or Six Sigma certifications are a plus.
• Advanced ability to perform complex assignments and guide others.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing, beverage manufacturing preferred.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee medium to large scale regional projects including line and process upgrades.
• Develop regional budgets and manage suppliers and schedules.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Drive equipment performance and reduce downtime through data analysis.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Manage contractors and procurement for projects.
• Maintain engineering documents for plants.
• Provide technical support and problem-solving across sites.
