Job summary
Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead maintenance operations across US and Canada facilities, driving reliability, cost efficiency, and capital project execution.
You will manage a team of Project Engineering Managers and partner with cross-functional teams to align resources with business goals. The role requires 10+ years in manufacturing engineering leadership, TPM/Lean/Six Sigma exposure, and travel as needed to support regional sites.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of engineering leadership in manufacturing.
- Proven multi-site engineering management and large capital projects.
- Lean Manufacturing/ TPM and Six Sigma exposure.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee regional maintenance operations across US/Canada.
- Manage budgets for maintenance, capital projects and resources.
- Lead SAP Maintenance implementation and cross-functional initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement and safe, reliable operations.
- Coach staff, manage performance and staffing plans.
- Coordinate with plant leadership to align resources with business needs.
