Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Engineering Manager to drive large-scale projects from planning to handover within our U.S. engineering team.

You will partner with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality, IT, and Engineering to deliver on-time, within-budget outcomes while advancing best practices and safety standards. The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong focus on reliability, maintainability, and continuous improvement across Refresco

Qualifications

• Engineering degree and 5+ years in project or plant engineering management.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of automation and controls systems.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage multiple Operations projects to improve cost, quality, and service levels.
• Oversee all project phases: initiation, planning, design, execution, closure.
• Lead planning and execution of projects with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with Technical Leads across Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality, IT, and Engineering.
• Support plant readiness and ensure milestones, budget, and goals are met.
• Track progress using MS Project and other scheduling tools.
• Manage external consultants or vendors and formalize contracts.
• Lead testing, implementation, and startup phases; ensure documentation is complete.
