Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. in Greer, SC is seeking a Project Engineering Manager to lead regional capital projects, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure safety and quality across plants.

You'll collaborate across production, maintenance, engineering, quality and safety teams, driving continuous improvement and on-time delivery of projects.

A Bachelor's in engineering is required, 5+ years in project management in manufacturing; PMP or Lean/Six Sigma is a plus. Travel up to 25% may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required or equivalent.
• 5+ years in project management in manufacturing preferred.
• PMP/Lean Six Sigma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety, GMPs, and PPE requirements in warehouse/production areas.
• Lead medium to large-scale regional projects including line/process upgrades and expansions.
• Develop regional budgets, write projects, manage suppliers, and schedule execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, compliant project delivery.
• Drive equipment performance improvements and root cause analysis across sites.
• Maintain engineering documents for all plants and ensure reliability of capital projects.
