Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Project Engineering Manager to lead moderate to large-scale projects across its U.S. facilities. The role manages budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams to deliver improvements in line performance and equipment reliability.

You will drive capital planning, ensure safety and quality standards, and coordinate with production, maintenance, engineering, and safety teams to execute projects successfully.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environment.
• PMP certification is preferred; Lean or Six Sigma certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee medium to large scale projects across Refresco facilities in the region, managing budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate across production, maintenance, engineering, quality and safety to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop regional budgets and capital plans, write projects, and manage suppliers and schedules.
• Drive equipment and line performance optimization and lead root cause analysis for downtime events.
• Ensure compliance with OHSA and environmental standards in all projects.
