Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Project Engineering Manager to lead medium to large scale projects across the region, managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.

You will drive line and process upgrades, coordinate capital projects, and ensure safety and quality standards across facilities. The role requires strong leadership, data-driven problem solving, and hands-on ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues while maintaining alignment with corporate

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• PMP certification preferred; Lean or Six Sigma certifications a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee medium to large scale projects in the region including line upgrades, process upgrades, and building extensions.
• Develop regional budgets and write project plans; manage suppliers and schedules.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Lead root cause failure analysis on major downtime events to implement permanent corrective actions.
• Drive equipment and line performance optimization by analyzing production data.
