Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Director of Engineering to drive maintenance excellence and capital project execution across multiple facilities in North America.

You will lead a team of Project Engineering Managers, implement TPM/Lean Six Sigma, and oversee budgeting and staffing to meet business needs. The role requires extensive engineering leadership experience in manufacturing, strong cross-functional collaboration, and travel to production sites as needed to ensure on-time delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field) required.
• 10+ years of engineering leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional maintenance operations across multiple facilities.
• Oversee capital projects, budgets, and resource planning.
• Drive TPM, Lean/Six Sigma initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and staff development.
