• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in project management, preferably in manufacturing.
• PMP and Lean/Six Sigma are pluses.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute medium to large projects regionally with budgets and timelines.
• Develop regional budgets and manage suppliers and schedules.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards are met.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams for smooth execution.
• Lead RCFA and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Maintain engineering documentation for all plants.
