Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of work experience in production management; beverage experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health, safety, GMPs and wear PPE in warehouse/production areas.
• Lead and direct employees including hiring, performance management, and termination.
• Develop and manage plant budgets, performance, and continuous improvement of operations.
• Communicate production requirements and solutions to relevant departments.
• Ensure customer orders meet quality, quantity and cost specifications.
