Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of distributed solar and storage assets, starting with battery energy storage sites. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and manage documentation with Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and spreadsheets.

You will interact with project managers, regional managers, contractors, customers, and vendors, ensuring timely purchase orders, accurate records, and compliant wage reporting.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years coordinating construction, operations, maintenance or field-service.
• Prevailing-wage environment experience or compliant documentation.
• Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, PO and invoices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites and provide backup support.
• Review field-service reports in Scoop and update Salesforce cases.
• Create POs in Coupa and track parts and vendor activity; resolve invoice issues.
