Job summary

ENGIE North America Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of distributed solar and storage assets, starting with battery energy storage sites.

You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and other site interventions with regional managers, technicians, contractors, customers, and vendors. You will use Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and site-tracking spreadsheets to maintain service records, create and close purchase orders,

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree.
• At least 3 years of coordinating project activities.
• Experience in prevailing-wage environments and compliance documentation.
• Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, purchase orders, invoices, and documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint for records and updates.
• Experience with Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, or similar systems.
• Ability to communicate findings and coordinate resolutions with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites and provide backup for other assets.
• Review field-service reports in Scoop and update Salesforce cases accordingly.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa, track parts and vendor activity, and resolve invoice and documentation issues.
