Job summary

ENGIE North America Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of distributed solar and storage assets, with an initial focus on battery energy storage sites.

You will coordinate preventive maintenance, site interventions, and manage records using Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and SharePoint. You will work with regional managers, technicians, contractors, customers, and vendors to create purchase orders, monitor work, review reports, and resolve invoice

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, or comparable project activities.
• Experience in prevailing-wage environments and compliance documentation.
• Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, purchase orders, invoices, and multiple concurrent tasks.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint to maintain records.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites and provide backup support for other solar and storage assets.
• Review field-service reports in Scoop, update Salesforce cases, and manage documentation.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa and track vendor activity, resolving invoice issues.
