Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of distributed solar and storage assets, with a focus on battery energy storage sites. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and file documentation with stakeholders and vendors using Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and spreadsheets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years coordinating project activities.
• Prevailing-wage compliance experience.
• Experience coordinating contractors, technicians, and vendors.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Ability to work independently and deliver accurate work on time.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, or similar systems.
• Ability to investigate wage discrepancies and coordinate resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites.
• Review field-service reports in Scoop and update Salesforce cases.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa and track vendor activity.
