Job summary

ENFRA in Glenolden, PA is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to serve as the primary controls partner for the Delivery VP and the project portfolio. You will lead cost management, scheduling, risk, and change across the portfolio, ensuring consistency with enterprise standards and credible forecasts.

As an embedded project leader, you will collaborate with Delivery leadership, project teams, and finance to drive value, mitigate risk, and deliver on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Project Controls activities across multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong budgeting, cost management, margin awareness, forecasting, and cash flow.
• Advanced knowledge of scheduling, risk management, change management, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Project Controls partner for an assigned Delivery VP and portfolio.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineering, Finance, and other teams to develop cost, schedule, and risk strategies.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and delivery of credible projections.
• Lead the development of baseline schedules, WBS, and execution plans in line with enterprise standards.
• Escalate portfolio risks and drive corrective actions with leadership.
