Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Project Controls Specialist to lead day-to-day project controls for small-to-medium projects and defined scopes within larger programs. You will drive cost management, scheduling, forecasting, risk, and reporting while ensuring adherence to enterprise standards.

This hands-on role requires collaboration with project teams and a strong focus on commercial awareness, sound judgment, and effective communication to influence project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in engineering, construction management, business, finance, or related fields.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in project controls or project management, preferably in building construction or EPC.
• Experience using Primavera.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with strong coordination skills.
• Experience collaborating with multifunctional teams.
• MS Office proficiency and familiarity with construction terminology.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary Project Controls resource for assigned projects and support financial, schedule, and execution decisions.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and other stakeholders.
• Lead Project Controls setup, baselines, reporting cadence, and controls for projects.
• Identify performance issues, analyze root causes, and escalate risks or decisions as needed.
• Develop forecasts, conduct variance analysis, and communicate performance drivers.
• Maintain cost and forecast data per enterprise standards.
• Coordinate with Operations Finance on revenue recognition and month-end alignment.
• Deliver accurate project controls reporting for reviews.
