Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Project Controls Director to lead the regional portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction. You will embed controls professionals within project teams and drive disciplined cost management and forecasting.

In this working leadership role, you will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Project Management to improve predictability, manage risks, and maintain enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 12–15 years of progressive project controls experience.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in project controls.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, earned value management, and revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Project Controls teams and integrate with regional project leadership.
• Oversee cost management, forecasting, and performance across the regional portfolio.
• Develop and manage schedules, critical path, and schedule recovery.
• Drive risk management, change management, and energy performance forecasting.
• Mentor and develop regional Project Controls managers and analysts.
