Job summary

Lob is seeking a Business Operations Manager to own cross-functional programs spanning Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Go-to-Market. You will drive execution across teams, document outcomes, and ensure ownership post-delivery using measurable metrics.

You will leverage Lob's data and AI-assisted analysis to inform decisions, while coordinating stakeholders who do not report to you. Strong program-management skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years post-undergrad in management consulting/corporate strategy or business operations, strategic finance, revenue operations, or chief-of-staff work with direct ownership of an operationally complex domain.
• Familiarity with BI/data warehouse tooling and AI-assisted analysis expected; SQL helpful but not required.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Own 3–5 concurrent cross-functional programs with defined end states and owners.
• Drive outcomes across Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, Partner Operations, Solutions, and Go-to-Market.
• Produce analysis behind program decisions using Lob's data and reporting stack and AI tools.
• Document each program on completion and transition to a permanent owner with a lasting metric.
• Provide backup for FP&A, Deal Desk, and Business Operations analytics; support QBRs and leadership offsites.
• Scoping ambiguous work, sequencing dependencies, and holding non-reporting owners to dates.
