Job summary

Lob is seeking a Business Operations Manager to own cross-functional programs spanning Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, and GTM. You will drive initiatives from ambiguous problems to documented, measured processes with named owners and defined completion dates.

You’ll organize, analyze, and report on program decisions using Lob's data and AI tooling, then hand off completed work to permanent owners with clear metrics and governance.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years post-undergrad in management consulting/corporate strategy or business ops.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Own 3–5 concurrent cross-functional programs with defined end states and owners.
• Drive outcomes across Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, Ops, and GTM.
• Produce analyses using Lob's data and reporting stack plus AI tooling.
• Document each program on completion and hand off to a permanent owner with a sustaining metric.
• Provide backup for FP&A, Deal Desk and analytics, help plan cadences like QBRs and leadership offsites.
• Demonstrate ability to scope ambiguous work, sequence dependencies, and drive across multi orgs.
