Job summary

Valeris, a leading life sciences commercialization partner, seeks a Program Manager to drive program execution across assigned brands. You will manage financial oversight, vendor relationships, and client engagement to maximize brand value and outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 3–4 years of PM experience, strong MS Office skills, and a PMP preference. Travel up to 10% is possible; the role reports to the Program Management team and offers growth in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, marketing or healthcare.
• 3–4 years of project or program management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; MS Project especially.

Responsibilities

• Oversee funding/billing for VPC accounts and ensure accuracy.
• Review claims workflow; maintain trackers and SNOW tickets as needed.
• Lead weekly client/account meetings; document minutes and actions.
• Monitor program metrics: claims, enrollments, budget performance weekly.
• Prepare quarterly QBR-ready data and maintain ongoing insights trackers.
• Coordinate year-end SOW updates and change orders with stakeholders.
• Provide mentorship and training to peers; address defects with teams.
