Job summary

Valeris, a life sciences commercialization partner, seeks a Program Manager to manage client relationships, drive program execution, and oversee budgeting across assigned brands. You will leverage data and KPIs to deliver actionable insights, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of services and milestones.

The role requires 3–4 years of PM experience, a Bachelor's in business/healthcare/pharma, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, marketing, healthcare or pharma.
• 3–4 years of project or program management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Access, OneNote).
• Organized and detail-oriented with time management skills.
• Up to 10% travel; willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Account funding monitoring and billing governance.
• Review claims workflow and maintain audit-ready trackers.
• Lead weekly client account touchpoints and document minutes.
• Manage invoicing, accruals, and quarterly/annual reports.
• Prepare QBR data and participate in leadership reviews.
