Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary client relationship manager, overseeing program execution, budgeting, and performance analytics across assigned brands. You will manage vendor relationships, provide strategic guidance, and drive data-driven insights to maximize client outcomes.

The role requires 3–4 years of PM experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, marketing and/or healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry; graduate degree or PMP preferred
• 3–4 years of project or program management experience
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Access, OneNote)
• Organized and detail-oriented with effective time management skills
• Budget management and/or financial accounting skills
• Ability to travel up to 10% locally and out-of-town

Responsibilities

• Account Funding Monitoring—Review funding for VPC accounts daily to ensure all POs are funded for billing.
• Monitor claim workflow—Review the approved claims report and submitted tickets to ensure no claims are stalled or stuck.
• Lead weekly touchpoints with Client Account(s) and distribute minutes.
• Manage client and internal stakeholder meetings to ensure progress and update trackers.
• Review core program metrics—Evaluate claims, enrollments, and budget performance weekly.
• Escalation Tracking/Monitoring—Ensure escalations are tracked and closed timely.
• Prepare accruals and quarterly audits; support year-end BRD renewals and SOW management.
