Job summary

Valeris, a life sciences commercialization partner, is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary client relationship manager across assigned brands. You will oversee program execution, account management, financial oversight, and business analysis, leveraging data to drive actionable recommendations and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, marketing or healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry.
• 3–4 years of project or program management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Access, OneNote).
• Organized and detail-oriented with effective time management skills.
• Budget management and/or financial accounting skills.
• Travel up to 10% locally and out-of-town; flexibility to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Account funding monitoring and billing oversight.
• Lead client meetings, develop agendas, and distribute minutes.
• Review program metrics: claims, enrollments, and budget performance.
• Prepare accruals and participate in quarterly audits.
• SOW management and BRD renewals; coordinate SNOW tickets as needed.
• Mentor peers and ensure project deliverables align with client objectives.
