Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary client relationship manager and drive program execution across assigned brands. The role emphasizes financial oversight, business analysis, and vendor coordination to maximize program performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, marketing, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry.
• 3–4 years of project or program management experience.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Access, OneNote).
• Ability to travel locally and out-of-town up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Account funding monitoring and ensuring POs are funded for billing.
• Lead weekly client account meetings, develop agendas, and document minutes.
• Review program metrics: claims, enrollments, and budget performance.
• Coordinate invoicing accuracy and timely submissions.
• Prepare QBR-ready data and insights; maintain trackers.
• Manage SOW updates and SNOW tickets; communicate defects with teams.
