Job summary

Valeris, a life sciences commercialization partner, is seeking a Program Manager to oversee program execution, account management, and financial oversight across assigned brands. You will leverage data and KPI insights to guide strategy, manage vendor relationships, and drive successful outcomes for clients and Valeris.

The role requires strong project management experience, PMP or graduate degree preferred, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business, accounting, marketing and/or healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry; graduate degree and/or PMP preferred.
• 3–4 years of project or program management experience.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Access, OneNote).
• Organized and detail-oriented with effective time management skills.
• Budget management and/or financial accounting skills.
• Ability to travel both locally and out-of-town, up to 10% travel; flexibility to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships and drive program execution across assigned brands.
• Review funding, claims, budgets, and invoicing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare quarterly and weekly program updates, including QBR-ready data.
• Manage SOWs, accruals, and BRD renewals; document changes and approvals.
• Mentor teammates and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to improve outcomes.
