Job summary

Valeris, a life sciences commercialization partner, is seeking a Program Manager to oversee cross‑brand programs, funding, and client relationships in a fast‑paced environment. You will monitor claims, manage invoices, and drive quarterly updates with data-driven insights.

The role emphasizes strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, meticulous tracking of KPIs, and accountability for program performance, with travel up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, marketing and/or healthcare; graduate degree or PMP preferred.
• 3–4 years of project or program management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Access, OneNote).
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management.
• Budget management and/or financial accounting skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% locally and out-of-town.
• Ability to travel as needed (minimal).

Responsibilities

• Account Funding Monitoring - Review funding for your VPC accounts daily to ensure all POs are funded for billing.
• Monitor claim workflow — Review the approved claims report and submitted tickets to ensure no claims are stalled or stuck.
• Lead weekly scheduled touchpoints with Client Account(s), including proactively developing agenda topics, facilitating discussions, and distributing meeting minutes.
• Manage client and internal stakeholder meetings to ensure project deliverables, business rule updates, and action items are progressing as planned.
• Review core program metrics — Evaluate claims, enrollments, and budget performance each week (with a goal of daily monitoring).
• Escalation Tracking/ Monitoring- Ensure all escalations are tracked and closed out in timely manner.
• ~ Quarterly Audit - Investigate missed KPIs & duplicate claims, root-cause analysis and actions.
• Year-End Activities – Coordinate BRD renewals and confirmations, data pulls, and year-end deliverables.
• SOW Management – Update and finalize the upcoming year's SOW and SNOW tickets.
