Job summary

Valeris seeks a Program Manager to serve as the primary client relationship manager, driving program execution and account management across assigned brands. You will oversee financials, business analysis, and vendor relationships while delivering strategic guidance to maximize program performance and brand value.

The role requires 3–4 years of PM experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–4 years of project or program management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Access, OneNote).
• Organized and detail-oriented with effective time management skills.
• Budget management and/or financial accounting skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10% locally and out-of-town.

Responsibilities

• Account Funding Monitoring and billing status for POs.
• Review claims workflow and update trackers to ensure audit readiness.
• Lead weekly client account touchpoints and distribute minutes.
• Manage meetings to progress project deliverables and actions.
• Evaluate core program metrics: claims, enrollments, budget performance.
• Prepare accruals and quarterly/annual program documentation.
• Support QBR data and insights documentation for leadership reviews.
• Provide mentorship to peers and ensure timely invoicing.
