Job summary

Valeris is a fully integrated life sciences commercialization partner seeking a Program Manager to lead client relationships and drive program execution across assigned brands. You will oversee financials, performance metrics, and cross-functional coordination to optimize outcomes for life sciences clients.

The role requires 3–4 years of PM experience, PMP preferred, and the ability to travel up to 10%. You will contribute to strategic guidance, vendor management, and quarterly business reviews

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, marketing, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry.
• 3–4 years of project or program management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Account funding monitoring and billing oversight for VPC accounts.
• Lead weekly client account touchpoints and document decisions.
• Review core program metrics: claims, enrollments, and budget performance.
• Prepare accruals and quarterly audit activities.
• Develop QBR-ready presentations with data-driven insights.
