Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Program Manager to lead cross‑functional client programs within the life sciences commercialization space. You will own account execution, financial oversight, and strategic guidance across assigned brands, fostering collaboration among internal teams and external partners to maximize program value.

The role requires 3–4 years of PM experience, a Bachelors in a relevant field, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to travel up to 10%. PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, marketing and/or healthcare, or pharmaceutical field.
• 3–4 years of project or program management experience.
• Excellent MS Office skills (Project, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Organized with strong time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel locally and out-of-town up to 10%.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly client account touchpoints and document meeting minutes.
• Monitor claims workflow and track program metrics weekly.
• Manage invoicing accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare QBR-ready program data and insights.
• Escalation tracking and root-cause analysis for KPIs.
• Coordinate BRD renewals and SOW changes.
