Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary client relationship manager, accountable for program execution, account management, financial oversight, and business analysis across assigned brands. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time, within scope and budget, while ensuring exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business, accounting, marketing and/or healthcare.
• Graduate degree and/or additional certifications including PMP preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, including verbal and written.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client relationship manager and oversee program execution, scope, and budget.
• Interact with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time.
• Lead weekly client account touchpoints and document meeting minutes.
• Oversee budgeting, invoicing, and contract management as needed.
• Prepare accruals and support quarterly/annual reporting.
