Job summary

Valeris in the United States seeks a Program Manager to serve as the primary client relationship manager across assigned brands, driving program execution, financial oversight, and business analysis. You will translate client objectives into actionable strategies, manage vendor relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to maximize program performance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in business/healthcare, 3–4 years of PM experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, marketing and/or healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry.
• Three to Four (3-4) years of project or program management experience.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Access, OneNote).
• Organized and detail-oriented with effective time management skills.
• Budget management and/or financial accounting skills.
• Ability to travel both locally and out-of-town, expectation is up to 10% travel.
• Flexibility to travel as needed is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationship management and program execution for assigned brands.
• Monitor funding for accounts, track claims workflow and audit-ready trackers.
• Lead weekly client touchpoints, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes.
• Coordinate meetings to ensure deliverables, business rules, and action items progress.
• Oversee invoicing, accruals, quarterly audits, and year-end activities.
• Prepare SOW updates and SNOW tickets, with change orders as needed.
• Provide mentorship and training to peers when needed.
