Job summary

Valeris in the United States is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary client relationship manager, accountable for program execution, account management, financial oversight, and business analysis across assigned brands.

You will leverage data and KPIs to deliver actionable recommendations, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and high quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Three to Four (3-4) years of project or program management experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and ensure program delivery across brands.
• Monitor funding, invoicing, and budget performance weekly.
• Lead meetings, produce minutes, and track action items.
• Prepare quarterly and annual program data for reviews.
• Coordinate SOWs, ServiceNow tickets, and vendor collaboration.
• Identify root causes for missed KPIs and implement corrective actions.
