The Trade Desk is seeking an experienced client-facing professional to lead a portfolio of accounts and act as a trusted consultant for brand and agency clients in the United States. You will become an expert on the Trade Desk platform, advise on creative marketing strategies, and collaborate with Sales, Trading, and Product teams to drive client success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of client-facing experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven ability to grow accounts by understanding client objectives and advising on strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to large groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead a roster of accounts and act as a small business owner to grow clients’ business.
• Become expert on The Trade Desk platform and advise clients on marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales & Trading to grow accounts and meet client goals.
• Build relationships with brands and agencies as a trusted consultant.
• Own onboarding training plans and knowledge sharing for new channels and markets.
• Provide feedback to Product Management on features and integrations.
